1. How We Get Paid:

  • Whenever Tuff Shed or Home Depot sells a shed, they hire Major Construction to install it. After the shed is installed, they pay us an installation fee, which varies based on the type of shed

2. How You Get Paid:

  • Major Construction pays 75% of the installation fee to the crew (an installer and a helper).
  • For example, if the installation fee is $1,000, the crew earns $750 gross pay.
  • The installer decides how to split the pay with the helper, as agreed upon beforehand.

3. Tax Withholding:

  • This is a W-2 job, so we withhold taxes from your paycheck every week.
  • You’ll receive pay stubs and a W-2 form at the end of the year.

4. Payment Schedule:

  • Payments are processed every Friday for work completed the previous week.
  • Funds are deposited into your account within 2 business days (usually Monday or Tuesday).

5. Job Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and have a valid driver’s license and Social Security number. The same applies to your helper.
  • Basic equipment required: a pickup truck or van, a 14-foot dual-axle utility trailer, and tools.
